Like a lone Moai on Easter Island, you can take some time and space to stop, reflect, learn, and play.  For you.  Personal development relies on that safe emotional space, the "you space", where you can dig deep, learn, reflect and play.

Time & Space Sessions
This is a beautiful program that creates time and space for you.  Time & Space sessions can be a light-filled, yet grounded opportunity for self-care.
 
One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that they love this “time and space for myself”. They embrace the time and space to connect with themselves, to breathe, and to have the divine luxury of sitting with themselves in a space of acceptance, compassion, and curiosity.
 
This time and space is your time and your space. You can bring whatever you would like to work on.  Therapeutic coaching is an interactive process where we meet each other where we are at, and relies on openness, trust, participation, and a spirit of adventure that allows safe exploration.  The purpose of this work is for you to have the time and the space to unpack, explore, workshop, discuss, release, bring awareness to, and shine the light on challenges, issues, confusions, and concerns in your world.  The objective of this work is to facilitate a place of awareness and choice, bringing you a greater sense of clarity, understanding, positive emotional health, wisdom, and balance. 
 
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly 1hr 15min Sessions, or just have one or two - it's what works for you.
 
This program involves regular sessions, or one-offs. Each session is 1 hr 15 mins – which is an abundance of time and space, and a little longer than the usual therapeutic session. It’s my experience that the magic often happens around the 45-minute mark, so with 30 more minutes of time and space to explore, this allows both of us to sit in the space with a sense of abundance, and without the clock-watching that can often be distracting.

We can work in a coaching, counselling or psychotherapy space...though, it's my experience that in reality we will probably use a beautiful mix of all three in our work together.
