Ah the beauty and wonder (I'm totally serious) of being able to admire Elvis' jumpsuits at Graceland - all due to protective boundaries! The glass cabinets keep Elvis' jumpsuits safe and preserved for all of us Elvis fans to admire and ogle, for now and years and years down the track. Here's the beauty of boundaries on display - a line put down to draw the space between one thing and another - between the drooling fan and wonderful memoribilia!
Due to the current Covid19 challenges things have changed for face-to-face learning, so stay tuned for on-line workshops.

Beautiful Boundaries WorkshopBoundaries. Tough stuff. It seems that putting down personal boundaries is a tough gig for a lot of us. In fact even knowing you may need a boundary can be challenging. But it doesn't have to be so tough - it's like erecting an emotional glass cabinet, or a balistrade, just like at Graceland on the left, to protect both parties in an interaction.
This workshop is based on a training session specifically designed for the corporate world where people were struggling with putting down and communicating professional boundaries. The learning worked a treat! In fact, from discussions well after training, the feedback was that the learning had made a huge impact in their personal life, allowing them to set and maintain healthy boundaries with family and friends. BINGO - a new workshop is born! So, for anyone who doesn't know what a boundary is, or has challenges erecting them or maintaining them, if you suffer from guilt or anxiety about what to emotionally give to others and what to keep for yourself, then this could be a great way to learn some skills in a relaxed and safe way. Through a range of fun activities, discussion and quiet reflection time, you'll walk away with a greater understanding of you and your behaviour around boundary setting, and with some new skills on how to set and maintain them, PLUS a practical and positive Action Map to cement your learning and self discoveries. This is a day of empowerment, openness, and excitment in taking control and setting boundaries.
